Hawaiian Quesadillas

This is just 1 more really quick, easy but yummy meal.

4 flour tortillas (I used whole wheat, but Aimee posted a delicious homemade recipe, see here)
1 small can pineapple tidbits (drained)
6 slices deli ham (torn into bite size pieces)
grated cheddar cheese (I am really not sure how much, enough to cover flour tortilla and than sprinkle more on top of pineapples and ham)

Heat frying pan (large enough to fit 1 whole tortilla flat in it)
Layer 1 tortilla with grated cheese, pineapple tidbits (as much or little as you like), 3 slices deli ham torn into bite size pieces, a bit more grated cheese and top with another flour tortilla.
Place in frying pan and cook until cheese melts.  I like to flip mine over to brown both tortillas slightly.
Cut like a pie into 6 to 8 slices.
Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.

We had 1/2 half of a quesadilla leftover and ate it for lunch the next day - it was as good or better because the flavors had blended.
