Homemade Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
**2 TBS sugar (or powdered sugar)

If you don't have a hand mixer or a stand mixer, this recipe might be a little more difficult for you. This recipe requires constant mixing for about 5 minutes, (until the cream has stiff peaks) and will probably take longer if you stir it by hand.

1.Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Beat ingredients with mixer, starting at a low speed (to avoid a splattered mess)
3. Turn the speed up as you mix.
4. Mix for about 5 minutes, or until the cream has peaks and becomes stiff.

**You can add more or less sugar according to how sweet you want your whipped cream.
