Spaghetti:
Makes 2 or 3 servings
16 oz tomato zauce
quarter size dried parsley (crushed)
nickle size dried oregano (crushed)
dime size dried basil (crushed)
salt (to taste)
apple size ground beef
one garlic clove (minced)
spaghetti noodles (cook according to directions on package)
1. Brown ground beef with garlic.
2. Drain Grease.
3. Add tomato sauce and crushed spices and simmer.
4. Heat on low for about 30 minutes.
5. Cook noodles half way through.
This is one of my favorite recipes. I've made it so many times now, I think I've got it down without looking at the recipe anymore. I usually just add garlic salt instead of regular salt and a garlic clove. I don't think I've ever had spaghetti better than when my mom or dad follow this recipe.
