Round pretzel (not sticks, the bowtie kind)
Dark chocolate hersey kisses (unwrapped)
Peanut butter M&M's
Preheat oven to 325. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread pretzels on top of parchment paper. Place unwrapped hersey kisses on top of pretzel. Place in oven for 2 to 3 minutes - just enough to soften the kisses. Remove from oven and place M&M's on top of kiss and press down very so slightly. Cool. Eat.
It will make as many as you have kisses in the bag.

Posted by
Ellen
1 chicken tender (from Costco of course)
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 your favorite wrap (I used a wheat tortilla)(if it is dry, sprinkle a little water on it and zap for 10 seconds in the microwave)
3 TBS Sabra Hummus (I used jalapeno hummus)( I love plain hummus, Greek olive hummus, and roasted red pepper hummus too)
1 romaine lettuce leaf (torn in bite size pieces)
1 small tomato (sliced)
1. Marinate chicken in Italian dressing (for a couple of hours)
2. Grill chicken thoroughly
3. Cut or tear chicken into bite size pieces
4. Spread hummus on the wrap, covering all of the wrap
5. Place lettuce, tomato, and chicken on top of the hummus
6. Roll the wrap and enjoy
Hummus is my new favorite snack. I love to eat it with wheat thins. It is a quick snack and filling. My favorite brand is Sabre.

Kettle Corn
Posted by
Aimee
Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
*Special Equipment – A large pot with lid
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add tree kernels to popcorn to oil. Once kernels pop, oil is hot enough.
3. Add popcorn and sugar giving it a quick stir and then cover with lid.
4. Once popcorn starts popping, pick it up and give it a quick shake every few seconds until popping slows down, between 3-4 minutes.
5. Remove immediately from heat and pour into a large bowl.
6. Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
This was so easy and so yummy too. There were a couple burnt pieces that we picked out, but the rest tasted so good. It tastes just like regular kettle corn.
Update: I've made this many times, and I had the heat a little high this time, so the bottom was a little burned, but we just took it out like normal, avoiding the burnt pieces as much as possible. It still tasted delicious!
